Tomorrow is not guaranteed in any sense. But, tomorrow, in this context means the next big change and we have to approach it as if it, and we will be here.

Perhaps call the next step the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Some argue that we are already there:

No one knows how we will handle the rise of exponential technologies. But looking to the future, planning, tinkering, exploring and striving seems wired into us by time and nature.

It is very true that “It’s tough to make predictions, especially about the future” (Yogi Berra). Still, you can find trends and predict forces a bit in a worthwhile sense.

We are still just humans (so far) and our nature has never seemed to changed much, if at all.  We will still explore and there is a big universe to travel, explore and leverage.

However, our notion of education, work and how to live with one another in partnership needs some attention in addition to our focus on Technology, exponential though it may be. Here’s to finding our way.
